Find Your Voice Team-building Workshops
Whether you want to focus on public speaking and executive presence or boost team morale and company spirit, YCM’s FIND YOUR VOICE workshop is for you. Our unique experience uses music, and specifically the act of singing, to lead teams to create together what they cannot accomplish as individuals alone. What do we do? We perform and record an acapella version of a classic pop song. The entire song is performed by YOU. No instruments, just your voices. Even participants initially wary of singing are amazed to find our FIND YOUR VOICE challenge achievable as we lead your team through the process of breaking down a classic pop song into manageable, bite-sized snippets. Throughout our experience, we guide your team to find and activate different qualities of your voice as we make connections for how these skills are transferrable to daily and professional life. By the end of the workshop, participants happily channel their inner “rock stars” into a team effort.

Who we are
Youth Chorus of Milan (YCM) is a progressive music education and performance program founded in 2018 by two energetic American expats. What began as a choir program for children and adults has now expanded to include team-building workshops for corporate clients and schools exploring the power of the voice. YCM provides high quality artistic instruction in English to both adults and children alike, while never losing sight of why we started: to share the joy of making music, together. YCM is proud to enjoy and contribute to the rich musical culture and community of Milan, our home.
